with responsibility and have taken all necessary technical and organizational steps to ensure
a very high level of protection for data we have stored.
Pursuant to section 4g, paragraph 2, of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Data Protection Officer must make at request all information listed in section 4e, clause 1, No. 1-8 of the BDSG, available to any person in a suitable manner. This obligation is hereby respected which is why you will refrain from individual requests.

4. Purpose of the data collection, processing, or use

Data is collected, processed, and/or used to provide services in the fields of hardware and software, rental IT equipment, printing, training courses, IT concepts, and the realization of complete events and tradeshows. In addition, personal data of customer and contractor staff is collected, processed, and/or used in the context of contract fulfillment.
Data of TECSERVICEUROPE AG staff is collected, processed, and/or used for human resources management.

5. Description of the categories of data subject and the data or categories of data concerned

Data of

  • customers and their respective customers
  • contractors (suppliers and service providers)
  • employees or applicants

from all data categories to fulfill the purposes stated under 4.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be disclosed

Public authorities if statutory regulations of prime importance exist; external contractors in accordance with section 11 of BDSG; and external and internal departments of TECSERVICEUROPE AG in fulfillment of the purposes stated under 4.

7. Standard periods for the erasure of data

German law has enacted many different retention obligations and periods. At the end of those periods, the relevant data is erased as a matter of routine provided that doing so does not violate legal retention obligations and periods. Any data not covered by these is deleted when the purposes stated under 4 cease.

8. Planned transfer of data to third countries

No transfer to third countries is planned. In exceptional cases where a transfer of data to third countries may be necessary, this will occur in accordance with the permissibility regulations pursuant to the BDSG in its current version.
